What distinguishes a cab service from a private driver?
This concept is very present in countries such as England, Japan, China and the United States of America. Countries where there is a clear distinction between the two. But what exactly distinguishes them?
Unlike a cab, the aim is to create a relationship between the customer and the driver as much as possible, so that there is complete trust and ease. During our services we offer: bottled water, tablets, pillows, internet on board and various charging options for your mobile device.
Unlike other transportation services, each trip is planned to the millimeter to ensure that everything goes smoothly and according to plan. Our drivers meticulously check and prepare the vehicles, as well as ensuring that all the particularities of the route are taken care of, and we also have alternative routes to try to prevent any delays.
Every time you sit in a cab, the meter is activated. With the chauffeur service, the passenger doesn't have to worry about any direct payment for the service, the amounts are pre-agreed, pre-paid or based on invoice. This way, there is no need to bother the customer with the inconvenience of demanding payment after the tour. If the customer forgets something in our vehicle, due to any circumstance, they can use our direct contacts to quickly locate the lost items.
At CARATTE all our drivers have signed an extensive confidentiality agreement. As a result, conversations, locations and any situations will always be confidential.

Conditions
- All our vehicles have complimentary water, wipes, mints and high-speed wifi. Other drinks or needs must be communicated in advance at the time of booking so that they can be properly analyzed and implemented;
- All reservations must be made 24 hours in advance (except for urgent requests) and will only be valid once proof of payment has been received;
- The places to visit mentioned above can be changed according to the client's interest, in number, or in the time spent at each place;
- Entrances to monuments, museums, castles, churches and other events are not included, unless requested and quoted in advance;
- Meals, wine tastings and other personal expenses not mentioned in the above packages are not included.
